For anyone who has oily skin, it's best that they avoid eating oily food, fried food, heavy gravy food and sweets in general. Drink plenty of water as it will keep your skin clean. Include lots of salad sticks, yoghurt dips, hummus and fresh fruits in your diet. You could also use this mask. Take 2 tsp fuller's earth, 1 tsp fresh mint paste, a pinch of camphor and some rose water. Mix all the ingredients well and apply to your skin. Apply this mask at least three times a week for best results.
