Mumbai’s Sanjay Gandhi National Park never seems to disappoint and today, we've got one more reason to love the place! Part of it which ends close to Yeoor Hills in Thane, is where you can spot the tiny colourful fluttering creatures. The butterfly park is situated within the National Park and is a 'must visit'. Borivali National Park, now known as the Sanjay Gandhi National Park is surrounded by India’s most populous city but makes for a dream destination for any animal lover and photographer.

Now you can spot butterflies at Sanjay Gandhi National Park in Yeoor Hills in Thane and trust us, it looks like a garden within a garden. The Butterfly Garden is a project that contains 5 gardens within one huge garden. The first garden is a nursery of beautiful plants and shrubs, second and third are the bamboo gardens, the fourth is a oneness garden and the fifth, which is relatively new, is the butterfly garden.
