This DIY foot mask will nourish your skin and keep your feet healthy

Whoever has experienced stress would know that it isn't just a mental condition, but it also starts to show up on your body. And this gives you all the more reasons to treat it sooner than later.

This lockdown has definitely been stressful for a lot of people because there's nothing that you can do about it, simply wait it out at the comfort of your home. And since all of you are home, you might think your body doesn't need as much care as it used to after a tiring day outside. You're wrong. It still needs that much pampering and you must provide it with the care. We're specifically going to focus on your feet this time. You are still walking and moving around. Some are still working out, jogging and running. All of it needs some feet care. And you can do that by using this DIY foot mask. It will keep your feet healthy and the skin, nourished.

For this DIY foot mask, you need - A little bit of rose water, regular water, 3 tbsp green tea, 6-7 drops of essential oils and 5 tbsp of bentonite clay.

Mix all the ingredients in a container that can also fit your feet. Add the clay and rose water to thicken the paste. You can add some water if you feel the paste is too thick. The foot mask has to be thick and cakey.

Soak your feet once in warm water for 15 minutes and pat them dry once you're done making the foot mask. You can then apply the foot mask paste from the bottom of your feet to the top. Give your feet a good massage and let this mask sit for 30 minutes before you wash it off with cold water. You can repeat this once in two weeks for all the feet care it gives.
