This DIY hair perfume is all you need to keep your tresses smelling like heaven

If there's one good thing that has come out of this entire lockdown situation, it has to be the fact that we don't have to wash our hair often. Since we aren't stepping out, we don't need to make our hair look fabulous all the time. Of course, that doesn't mean you give up on hygiene habits altogether.

Often people with oily hair or a greasy scalp may find that despite washing their hair regularly, it may still lead to some unpleasant odour. This is why you need to opt for something that will ensure that your scalp stays fresh and smells nice. This will also help you if you don't want to wash your hair too often (remember excessive washing can also cause damage). So, here's a DIY hair perfume recipe, that'll help your tresses smell like heaven.

The ingredients you will need for this are 1 cup of rose water, half a teaspoon of Leave-in conditioner (do not opt for this ingredient if you have an oily scalp or limp hair), Essential oil (lavender/lemongrass/sweet orange) and some Aloe gel.

Now, all you need to do is combine all the ingredients together in a bowl. Once you do that, mix them well to make a liquid mixture and then transfer the liquid into a spray bottle. Your DIY hair perfume is now ready to use! You can just spritz some on whenever you want. Also, remember to flip your hair to help get the perfume in all the right places.
