The best thing about oats is that they're packed with proteins. And proteins play a rather important role in sustainable weight management. It can help keep you feeling satiated for longer and if you're feeling full, you're much less likely to binge-eat any type of junk food. Consuming proteins for breakfast can help boost metabolism which can also keep your weight in check.

So, if you're wondering how you can incorporate oats into your breakfast routine, making an omelette seems like the best option. Here's the recipe for it.

For this, you'll need 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of milk, 3 tablespoons full of oatmeal powder, ½ teaspoon of red chilli powder, 1/teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoon chopped onions, 1 tablespoon grated carrot, 1 tablespoon of chopped tomatoes and 1/2 tablespoon chopped green chillies.

Take a bowl and add all the ingredients to it. Mix well until it forms a thin, runny paste. Heat some oil in a frying pan and then pour the mixture into it. Flip it over when it's done on one side and then let it cook for an additional 4-5 minutes. When both the sides are done cooking, serve the omelette in a plate and garnish with some coriander. Voila! Your oats masala omelette is ready to eat.
