Modern day lifestyles have caused many across the globe to suffer from heart disease. Tacking certain issues early that contribute to the health issue could be key to reducing your risk of developing the disease. Some studies have found limonene can be instrumenting in managing cholesterol, blood sugar, and triglyceride levels. A study conducted on mice found when they were given 0.27 grams of limonene per pound of body weight, it helped reduce triglycerides, LDL (bad) cholesterol, blood sugar, as well as fat accumulation in the liver.
