The anti-inflammatory properties that are present in turmeric can relieve your menstrual pain. You can consume one-quarter teaspoon of turmeric with either milk or water on a daily basis and you'll soon see improvements.

Practice yoga: Since stress is one of the reasons why you might be experiencing irregular periods, it will be beneficial if you can practice yoga regularly. Yoga can help you get rid of stress and so it has the ability to control irregular periods.
