If it’s puffiness that’s making you look tired and gloomy, make it a point to de-puff regularly. And if you do not have a de-puffing tool, make sure to keep a jade roller, facial mist or even a couple of spoons in the fridge. When you wake up, gently roll (the jade roller), spritz (the mist) or press gently around your eyes (the spoons) and watch any puffiness disappear.
