And then there are people who are trying their best to put on some weight. But unfortunately, most people don't understand that gaining weight can be just as tricky as trying to lose weight. And if you do things wrong, it could seriously impact your health. So, if you're looking to gain weight the right way, here are some tips that will help.

Drink some whole fat milk: One of the easiest ways to gain weight is to replace your skimmed milk with whole fat milk. One glass of whole fat milk contains about 60 calories which is pretty good if you're looking to put on a few kilos.

Eat every 4 hours: We know this seems like a little too much but it really does work. Eat a small meal every four hours and you'll see just how easily you'll put on healthy weight. And make sure you include a variety of food groups in your diet.

Consume some ghee: Packed with antioxidants and medium-chain fatty acids, ghee also contains antiviral and antibacterial properties and can also aid digestion. Try to consume at least one tablespoon of ghee on a daily basis as it can really work wonders for you.

Drink smoothies and milkshakes: Although these aren't as nutritious as consuming whole foods, they can still do a good job in helping you gain weight. Drink smoothies packed with vitamins and milkshakes packed with nutrients for the best benefits.
