Ways in which you can use milk to give your skin the glow it needs

We all know just how beneficial milk can be for our health. Packed with vitamins and calcium, it can help strengthen our bones and muscles. But we're sure you must have also heard about people using milk as a beauty and skincare ingredient. The reason for this is that milk contains lactic acid which can help give your skin the glow it needs. And that's why so many people prefer to wash their faces with milk every once in a while or they opt for milk-based natural treatments. Here are a few ways in which you can use milk to get radiant skin.

Milk and Multani Mitti - This pack works wonders in getting rid of oily skin. You'll need 2 tbsp multani mitti and 1 tbsp of milk. Mix these ingredients together in a bowl and make a smooth lump-free paste. Apply this paste all over your face and leave it on for about 15-20 minutes so that it dries. Rinse it off with cold water.

Milk and Banana - This pack is perfect for those with sensitive skin. For this pack, you'll need 1 ripe banana and some milk. Mash the banana with a fork and add the milk to it. Mix well to make a smooth and consistent paste. Apply the paste all over your face and neck and leave it on for 15-20 minutes to dry. Rinse it off later.

Milk, Cucumber and Honey - This pack can help protect your skin against sun damage and can also get rid of tans from your skin. You'll need 1 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp mashed cucumber and 1 tbsp honey. Mix all of these ingredients together in a bowl to make a thick paste. Once done, apply the paste all over your face and neck. Leave it on until it dries and then rinse it off with some cold water.

Just Milk - If all you want to do is exfoliate your skin slightly, you just need to dip a cotton ball in some milk and rub it all over your face. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes to dry and then rinse it off with cold water.
