Pigmentation: If you exercise outdoors in the sun, it can cause hyperpigmentation. And so, if you suffer from any kind of skin problems, you need to stop exposing your skin to direct sunlight as it can worsen the situation. Make sure you apply a good amount of sunscreen before you step out of the house and even after taking a bath post workout.

Acne: Acne is directly linked to workout as you happen to perform some intense workouts by wearing tight clothes which causes sweating. Acne is also a result of clogged pores and excess oil formation. All of these can contribute to the growth of acne-causing bacteria and to avoid the same, you need to make sure that you take regular showers after every workout session.

Itching: Excess of sweat causes itching which can get better if you take warm water showers post exercise. You also need to make sure that you dust some powder after a good bath.

Skin irritation: A lot of us workout in the gym where almost all equipment are loaded with sweat and germs. When you use these machines, the bacteria tends to spread which causes nasty skin infections. And so, to avoid any kind of skin infections, you need to clean the machines before and after you use them. This will make you less prone to skin infections which results in skin irritation. Also, make sure you don't touch your face or other parts of the body without wiping your hands after you touch the machines.
