When it comes to food, there are a lot of combinations that are really popular around the work. And sometimes, we even pair up foods and drinks according to our taste. Some find it really odd when they hear about our preferences, but as long as we love it, we don't care. But actually, this is where we go wrong. Whatever we eat, affects our body in some or the other way. And so, it's always better to focus on what goes inside our body.
