After ‘Veere Di Wedding’, Kareena Kapoor to do Karan Johar’s next?

'Veere Di Wedding' will mark Kareena Kapoor Khan's comeback after the actress embraced motherhood last year and since has been in prep as the film goes on floors in August. The film has long been in talks considering that the team was supposed to begin shooting for the film last year, but due to Kareena's pregnancy, the makers decided to postpone the shoot.

While Kareena continues to prep for 'Veere Di Wedding', the actress is also in talks with other filmmakers and has been reading scripts. With Kareena now considering scripts, many speculations are doing rounds in regards to the films she has given her nod to.

Rumour mills are abuzz with the reports of Kareena signing on to do a film with Karan Johar's Dharma Production post the completion of 'Veere Di Wedding'. According to a leading tabloid, Kareena has already green lit a film and is in talks with the production house. The film is said to be a light, breezy and slice-of-life story, and the title of the film will be based on the character of the leading lady.

The makers plan to start the pre-production of the film in the latter half of the year and will begin shooting for the film early next year.
