If the reports are to be believed the much-loved pairing of Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan is all set to reunite for the fourth time. Alia and Varun, who have previously acted together in films like, 'Student of the Year', 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania' and 'Badrinath Ki Dulhania' will be reuniting for Abhishek Varman’s upcoming romance-drama, 'Shiddat'. A two-hero film, this project will roll by 2018-end.

According to reports, Abhishek had been working on the script for over a year before he approached Varun Dhawan. After much back-and-forth with Dharma Productions' head honcho and mentor Karan Johar, the script is still in the premature stage and the shooting schedule will be drafted keeping Varun and Alia's dates in mind.

Recently there were reports that Aditya Roy Kapur will be seen playing the parallel lead alongside Varun in the film. However, it seems that the makers have reverted to their original choice of '2 States' actor Arjun Kapoor opposite Varun and Alia. While the film’s spokesperson confirmed that Varun and Alia are reuniting for Abhishek’s film, the third lead is still under wraps.
