Alia Bhatt comes forth in support of Evan Spiegel in the Snapchat controversy

Alia Bhatt gets candid about the Snapchat controversy says that she does not think that Evan Spiegel would have said something like that!
There has been a lot of furore over Snapchat CEO, Evan Spiegel's alleged comments that 'he does not want to expand into poor countries like India and Spain.' surfaced on the Internet. Enraged people all across the country have since started uninstalling the app and rating it with either one or no stars.

A lot of Bollywood celebrities use the app as a mode to stay connected with their fans. When asked Bollywood celebrities if they would also uninstall the app over the controversy their responses were certainly interesting.

Sushant Singh Rajput said that he while does not use the app and he believes that the statement was uniformed. Like Sushant, Chunky Pandey too did not use the app and even joked that he did not know what Snapchat was!

While Kriti Sanon chose to not comment on the controversy as she did not have the complete information, 'Masaan' actor Vicky Kausal said, "I only understand one thing… If you like the app use it, else uninstall it. I guess we are all learning and he, too, will.”

However, Alia Bhatt who is an avid user of the app came forth in support of the same. Alia said, "I don’t think he has said anything like that."

Though the company has since issued a clarification, the public still remains divided over their opinion on the matter.
