Alia Bhatt, Sonakshi Sinha and Madhuri Dixit Nene look resplendent in the new ‘Kalank’ posters

The entire ensemble cast and crew of upcoming Bollywood drama ‘Kalank’ collectively revealed the looks of the male characters on their respective social media characters. Today, on the occasion of International Women’s Day, the team aptly revealed the looks of ‘Women of Kalank.’
The female cast of Karan Johar movie includes Alia Bhatt, Sonakshi Sinha and Madhuri Dixit Nene.
Painting a word-picture about Alia’s role, Karan tweeted, “To love her is to love fire. Presenting Roop! @aliaa08 #WomenOfKalank #Kalank.” Alia too wrote about playing Roop. “A character unlike any other I’ve played! Presenting Roop! #WomenOfKalank #Kalank,” she wrote on Twitter. With embroidered red dupatta and elaborate jewelry, Alia looks quite the coy bride, reminiscent of Deepika Padukone in Padmavati.
Later in the day, Sonakshi took to Twitter to reveal her character in the movie.Tweeting her character look poster of the film, she wrote,” Love, longing, integrity and sacrifice... this is what SATYA stands for.”
Hours after revealing Sonakshi’s look, Karan revealed Madhuri’s aristocratic character. He tweeted, “Enchanting, ethereal & timeless. The true ‘Begum’ of hearts, Bahaar!” revealing Madhuri’s regal look from the movie.
Kalank is directed by 2 States fame Abhishek Varman and is slated to release in April this year.
