Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan to star together in Shoojit Sircar’s next!

Apart from a few cameo appearances that Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan made together in R Balki’s 'Ki & Ka' and Deepak Sawant’s Bhojpuri film 'Ganga Devi', the celebrity couple's last proper film together was 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham'.
However, a leading daily report suggests that the two are all set to share screen space together for a film on autumnal togetherness. The report further informs that Shoojit Sircar, who directed Amitabh Bachchan and 'Piku' and is the producer of 'Pink', has managed to convince the two to star together in his next.
A source close to the daily reveals, "It’s the story of a couple married for 40 years and now sharing old age together. Both of them are approaching their end. Their fear is not death. Their fear is, what happens if either goes before the other?"
