Bobby Deol: I got conned into becoming a DJ

The heartthrob of 90's, Bobby Deol may not have been seen on the screen for a long time for now, but the actor is far from being forgotten. The actor was recently in news for his short stint as a DJ in Delhi nightclub.
Talking about this new career development, Bobby in an recent interview with a leading daily revealed that he was conned into becoming a DJ. The actor said, "I practically got conned. Some dude approached me to show up at a club and advertised it as if I was going to be the DJ for the night. He told me about this but assured me that I don't really have to play. Now, I don't know jack shit about DJing. It's an intricate job, not everyone can just get behind a console and get on it. So I showed up thinking I'll hang around and leave but I know it backfired."
Though it was a one-time gig, the actor revealed that his friends still tease him about his stint as an unsuccessful DJ. Bobby confessed, "People made a lot of fun. Now, a friend of mine sings, 'DJ wale Bobby mera gaana baja do,' to me all the time."
