Confirmed: Kajol will be working with director Pradeep Sarkar next

It has been confirmed that Kajol will be doing her next film with director Pradeep Sarkar despite rumours that writer Rajesh Saathi was to direct Kajol in her next film. The new project is said to be based on Anand Gandhi’s Gujarati play 'Beta Kaagdo' and it will be produced by Ajay Devgn Films. Kajol said, “Pradeep Sarkar will be directing the film, and it will be a home production. I cannot divulge any more details."
While Kajol's last offering at the box office with 'Dilwale' did not particularly hit the required mark, her husband's 'Golmaal Again' has grossed and crossed the Rs 200 crore mark. When asked about the success of the film she didn't seem too surprised. The actress said, “What can I say? I just agree with the opinion of the entire nation. I loved the film."
Kajol was seen sharing the stage with Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan at the Kolkata International Film Festival and the actress even agreed that it was a rather defining moment for her.
