Is Deepika Padukone upset with Katrina Kaif for stealing her thunder?

While Deepika Padukone's sensuous avatar and sultry moves from the 'Raabta' title track has created waves, apparently the actress is not happy! According to latest reports, Deepika Padukone is miffed with Katrina Kaif for making her Instagram debut on the same day that her 'Raabta' song was launched and stealing the spotlight from her.

A source close to the actress revealed, "Deepika's team is a little disappointed that Katrina stole their Raabta thunder with her Instagram debut. The thing is, they could not make any last minute changes to the song release date. However, this incident certainly dampened the spirit of the Raabta team including Deepika."

Katrina Kaif, who made her Instagram debut a few days back only had an account on Facebook prior to this. In fact, for her first picture, Katrina shared a picture of herself from a beach.

Both the actresses share a less than cordial relationship with each other. However, this is not the first time that there have been tensions between the two. Recently when Deepika Padukone was named as the brand ambassador for a cosmetic brand that Katrina used to endorse, there were reports of tensions between the two.

On the work front, Deepika is currently busy shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Padmavati' and will be seen attending Cannes 2017. Katrina is currently shooting for 'Tiger Zinda Hai' with Salman Khan and will soon begin the promotions for 'Jagga Jasoos'.
