Fortune takes a turn; Kapil Sharma slashes his fee while Sunil Grover doubles his

At this point, even the die hard fans of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ have given up hopes for the reconciliation of Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover on screen. And while Sunil quit the show after his spat with Kapil, he has decided to use his time off and pick the right offer from the many that have come his way.
"Sunil has been getting some really good offers for shows but he's focusing on guest appearances and stage shows,” revealed a source. Further reports say that Kapil, who was being paid a bomb for the show, has slashed down his fee while Sunil has almost doubled his. "Sunil was previously charging Rs 7-8 lakhs per episode on Kapil's show. Now, he charges around 13-14 lakhs per appearance,” added the source.
Apparently, Kapil was to sign a Rs 107 crore deal for his show with the broadcasting channel but it was called off post his fallout with Grover. He then decided to stay on board for a much smaller amount to keep the show in the running for now.
