Has Varun Dhawan hiked his price for films and endorsements?

Varun Dhawan has been in the Bollywood scene for a while now and the actor has given us several blockbuster hits to love. Recently too, Varun gave us 'Judwaa 2' and the movie turned out to be a major success in the box-office. Naturally, the actor has now decided to hike his price and filmmakers as also brands are reportedly feeling the heat.


The actor has raised his price for two films post his recent hit movie and he has also done so for brand endorsements. And it seems that his hike has not gone down too well with the brands. While the actor endorses several brands right now already, the issue arose when newer ones approached him and wanted to sign the actor. They realised that the actor has doubled his price which meant an enormous amount to the brands.

A source revealed, “At first, brands didn’t take the new price seriously since it was twice as much as his previous fee. Now, a couple of brand teams are having second thoughts on signing him up. Varun’s management is now talking to the actor to quote a right price so that he does not lose out.”
