Here’s all you want to know about Sidharth Malhotra’s next ‘Aiyaary’

Yesterday the news broke about Sidharth Malhotra and Manoj Bajpayee signing on to do Neeraj Pandey's next titled 'Aiyaary'. Sidharth took to Twitter to confirm the news and shared a teaser poster of the film. Shortly after a confirmation from Sidharth, Manoj too took to his social media handle to announce his part in the film.
Reports further suggested that the film revolves around a mentor-protégé relationship. Contrary to that, a leading daily informs that the film is an espionage thriller, and is based on true events. A source close to the daily reveals, "It has been titled 'Aiyaary' and it’s a thriller based on the military, where Sid plays a military intelligence officer and Manoj his mentor. Although it is not a love story, there will be another important character in the film and the makers are finalising the leading lady now."
When the leading daily contacted Sidharth to ask about the film, the actor said, "I am really excited to announce this new project with Neeraj. Neeraj’s films have always been inspired by true events and I have admired his films from the beginning as he is a content-driven director with an amazing story-telling ability. 'Aiyaary' is also based on a story of true events and I am thrilled to venture into this new role of espionage and military intelligence with him."
