Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra has certainly been making headlines for quite some time. While everyone was hoping to see Priyanka ruling the Oscars in a stunning gown, it was later found that the actress was, in fact, going to give the function a miss. Apparently, the actress wasn't feeling too well and decided not to be a part of the grand evening.
