Here’s why Sonam Kapoor called US President Trump an imbecile

On Saturday actress Sonam Kapoor lashed out at US President Donald Trump, calling him an imbecile after reports that the US administration would allow animal trophies into the country. The move was reported by the portal of the National Public Radio, America. The actress also came across a Twitter post of a show that was critical of the controversial lifting of the ban on import of animal trophies.
This is not the first time when Sonam Kapoor has lashed out at Trump. She had earlier slammed him for calling Meryl Streep an over-rated actress. Sonam had also dubbed Trump a joker. Sonam had tweeted, “Okay, India isn’t in such a bad way… This person(referring to Trump) is a joker… at least our leader has a semblance of intelligence.”
On the work front Sonam Kapoor will be seen next in ‘Veere Di Wedding’. The film also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Swara Bhasker in lead roles. The film is slated to release on 1st June.
