Imtiaz Ali: Will be lovely to cast Ranbir, Deepika and Alia in a film togethe

Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’ starring Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma hits theatres today. Amidst the post-production and promotions of the film, rumour mills were abuzz with the reports of Imtiaz planning a film with Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt together. While the idea instantly made headlines, Imtiaz in a recent interview refuted the reports.

Earlier, there were reports that Imtiaz is in talks with Ranbir for a film, and is planning to cast either Alia or Deepika. With ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’ making headlines, people soon forgot about the reports that were making rounds. However, with people now talking about Imtiaz’s next after ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’, the reports of him planning to cast Alia, Ranbir and Deepika in a film together again started surfacing.

When a leading daily asked Imtiaz about the same, the ace filmmaker refuted any such development. He said, “No, it’s not true. I just have a few ideas in mind but I never write a story thinking of an actor.  I cast only once my script is ready. It will be lovely to cast Alia, Deepika and Ranbir in a film together but as of now, I have not planned any film with them.”

Well, who wouldn’t want to see Alia, Ranbir and Deepika in a film together?! However, we might have to wait abbot for this development to happen.
