As reported earlier, rumours mills went abuzz with the reports of Salman Khan opting out of Remo D'souza's film as he thought a younger actor better suited the role. The reports further suggest that Salman wanted Remo to rope in Varun Dhawan for the film.

The film demanded Salman play a father to a nine-year-old, and also starred Jacqueline Fernandez alongside him. With the reports of the film getting shelved as Salman opted out, as we caught up with Jacqueline during a group interview, we asked her about the developments.

To this, Jacqueline said, "The movie hasn't been shelved. The movie has just been pushed. I think the lineups has been changed around don't know about that. I have no idea about that. It has not been communicated to me."d a little bit. So now, we are just trying to figure out what's going to work that is best for the team that we have existing and see how to move ahead."

The actress further added, "As far as I am concerned, it is. I know Remo wants to make this film and Salman is very keen. But, I just think just the line ups have changed. There's been no official announcement on it. Nothing's been confirmed just yet because people are just trying to figure it out. That's all I know for now."

When further questioned if Varun will step in replacement of Salman, Jacqueline concluded, "I don't know about that. I have no idea about that. It has not been communicated to me."
