Kajol: My equation with Shah Rukh Khan has changed

Known as the most sizzling pair of Bollywood, Kajol and Shah Rukh Khan's magical chemistry on screen has many a times made heads turn. Not only is their on-screen chemistry much talked about but also the two share a great camaraderie off screen. However, over a period of 25 years in the industry, the equation between Kajol and Shah Rukh has changed.

In an interview with a leading online portal, when Kajol was asked if the equation between her and SRK has changed, the actress said, "Of course, the equation has changed. I wouldn't say it is the same as it was in our first movie and of course, that is the way it should be. He has had 3 children, I have had 2 children after that. We both have grown, evolved and changed as human beings. We have just got more comfortable with each other and it is much easier to work with somebody you know for so long. There is a certain history and comfort involved when somebody has seen you at your worst and still is okay with it and treating you normally. "

Also talking about completing 25 years in the industry, Kajol quipped, "I feel I have such a long way to go. I mean my mother has completed 67 years in the industry, she has been working since the age of 7. When you have that kind of an example in front of you, you know that you have a very long way to go before you can say that 'oh I have achieved everything I thought I should'. As far as work is concerned, as long as God is willing, I will work till I die, doing something or the other if not acting."

Over the years, the equation between Kajol and SRK must have changed, but what remains are films like 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai', 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge', et al, that still remain etched in our memory.
