Karan Johar on Farah Khan: She refused to choreograph for Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’

Best friends Karan Johar and Farah Khan have always had some wonderful things to say about each other. Now Karan Johar was all praises for his friend. On the talent-based reality show where Karan Johar is the judge along with Rohit Shetty, the filmmaker couldn’t stop praising Farah Khan according to reports. The filmmaker revealed that Farah Khan refused to choreograph songs for ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’ (DDLJ) as she had committed to do a Marathi movie.


Karan Johar said, “I love Farah. She is so professional and determined with what she wants. I remember we were shooting for DDLJ when (filmmakers) Yash Chopra and Aditya Chopra personally called for Farah to choreograph all the songs.”


He further added, “It’s everyone’s dream to work with these two biggies at some point in their careers and Farah was getting this opportunity at a very early stage. She refused to take up the project as she had committed to do a Marathi film. That’s the level of commitment she has.”
