Kareena and Ranveer to star together in a Karan Johar film?

Kareena Kapoor Khan is right out of her pregnancy, and will soon start shooting for Rhea Kapoor's 'Veere Di Wedding'. But that is not the only film that awaits her. If rumours are anything to go by then, Karan Johar wants to make a film with Kareena alongside Ranveer Singh. While Ranveer and Kareena would be an on-screen pair to look forward to, no director has managed to get them to sign a film together. Sanjay Leela Bhansali had approached Kareena to play the lead in 'Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela', but Kareena chose to bow out as it was bang in the middle of her marriage schedule.

Post Sanjay's failed attempt, ad director Lloyd Baptista also tried to bring them together for the 'Sadma' remake. Kareena turned down the offer due to her pregnancy, and Ranveer wasn't convinced with the cult adaptation of the film. However, it is now KJo who will try and bring the two together. In a recent chat show when Katrina Kaif asked Karan who would he recast in his favourite films 'Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna' and 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil', KJo was prompt to pick Kareena and Ranveer alongside Katrina.

Does this indicate that Karan is keen on pairing Kareena and Ranveer together in a film? Well, they will quite make an interesting on-screen pair!
