Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan has been working hard and sweating it out in the gym to get back in shape post pregnancy for her upcoming movie ‘Veerey Di Wedding’. Pictures of her clicked while leaving the gym made their way to the internet and while many loved her enthusiasm and even derived gym fashion inspiration from her gym looks, some criticised her for leaving young Taimur Ali Khan alone at home alone during her workout.

Talking about such baseless criticism, Bebo said, “If I am going to the gym, it's not about getting size zero. So many people and girls went like, 'Why does she have to leave her baby and go to the gym?' I read these comments and I feel that's the most stupid thing ever because having a child doesn't mean you can't feel good. If you are feeling good, if your mental health is good then automatically your child feels well. Taimur is happy and everyone is happy. I am one of the most relaxed and chilled out girls.”

When asked if she feels the pressure of getting back in shape, the actress said, “The most normal thing that a woman goes through is childbirth and every woman puts on weight, it's important and it happens naturally. I never felt any pressure. The idea behind me going to the gym came from the fact that I wanted to feel good and happy."

‘Veerey Di Wedding’ also stars Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania in pivotal roles and will go on floors this September.
