Sanjay Leela Bhansali has been facing issues time and again in the process of completing his Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, and Shahid Kapoor starrer 'Padmavati'. The film hit its first roadblock when the filmmaker was shooting in Jaipur. A mob led by the Karni Sena assaulted SLB on sets, forcing him to stop shooting for the film.

Post that the 'Padmavati' set in Kolhapur was set on fire as Karni Sena member issued another warning to the filmmaker against making the film. And now the founder of Karni Sena, Lokendra Singh Kalvi has issued another warning to SLB. Talking to a leading daily, Lokendra Singh said, "In case, a controversial shot is added to the upcoming movie 'Padmavati,' the country won’t tolerate it."

The leader also spoke communities like theirs was suffering for reservations. Talking about the same, he further added, "Marathas in Maharashtra, Patidars in Gujarat are demanding reservation. We are going to join hands with such communities to drum up support to make our presence felt to the government. We are not demanding that reservation should be given on financial status. Right now we are demanding a review of the reservation to find out the communities benefited by it and the people who had failed to reap its benefit,” was what Kalvi was quoted saying."

Troubles seem to be unending for the film and the filmmaker. A recent report on a portal even suggests that the constant disturbances have led to SLB now postponing the film to 2018. Contrary to that, another portal report that the shooting is on schedule, and the film will release on the designated date which is November 17.
