Kartik Aaryan replaces Aditya Roy Kapur, joins Sonakshi and Diljit in Vashu Bhagnani’s next

Bollywood actor Aditya Roy Kapur recently walked out of Vashu Bhagnani’s next after quoting an exorbitant price. However, the filmmaker has found a quick replacement in ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’ actor Kartik Aaryan. The actor has been roped in and will be seen alongside Sonakshi Sinha and Diljit Dosanjh in the movie.
A source close to the development revealed, “Yes, Kartik has been locked for the film. Vashu and Kartik met several times over the last one week. The modalities are being worked out now. The story is about three friends and how their lives change once they attend IIFA. All three characters have equal footage in the film. Vashu wanted Kartik because of his impeccable comic timing and the character offered to him is that of a fun guy.”
While the young lad will be paired opposite Sonakshi, the movie will not be having a love triangle. It goes on the floor with a 25-day schedule in New York where award ceremony will be held this year.
