For the longest time, fans have been waiting with bated breath for Akshay Kumar starrer 'Kesari's' trailer to come out. And now, the makers of the film have finally released the trailer as it hit the Internet today and boy is it driving everyone gaga. All it needs is one good look and it will be enough to give you goosebumps. Based on a true story, Akshay Kumar plays the role of a valiant soldier named Havildar Ishwar Singh who led the Sikhs in the Battle of Saragarhi.

In the battle, 21 Sikhs who were then a part of the British Indian Army, fought bravely against 10,000 Afghan Orakzai Tribesmen in North-West Frontier Province in 1897. The trailer begins with a voiceover from Akshay who states that the war has begun. Throughout the trailer, we are shown glimpses of how bravely the 21 soldiers fight. A few scenes also hint at the romantic relationship between Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra in the film. But what really will stay with you is this amazing dialogue delivered by Akshay which goes, "Aaj meri pagdi bhi Kesari, jo bahega mera woh lahoo bhi Kesari, aur mera jawaab bhi Kesari."

Stunt coordinator Lawrence Woodward of the Oscar-winning 'Mad Max: Fury Road' (2015) fame, helped coordinate the stunts for 'Kesari'. Akshay had earlier spoken about the film and said, “I have been shooting for ‘Kesari’ since the last one and a half months, and every time that I wear the taaj (turban) on my head, I am filled with pride.”

Talking about the research conducted for the film, director Anurag Singh revealed, "He (Lawrence Woodward) did extensive homework on the warfare techniques brought in by the British. He knew how to handle the old guns that we had sourced for the film. He took a while to adjust to the Indian working model because this was his first Bollywood film.” Well, the trailer certainly proves that Lawrence knew exactly what to do.

'Kesari' is all set to hit the theatres on March 21 so book your tickets in advance. You wouldn't want to miss out on this one.
