India's ace tennis player, Leander Paes, has amazed people with his determination and agility. Though he continues to play competitive tennis at the age of 44, the champion has had to make many changes in his fitness schedule. In a recent interview with Bombay Times, Leander shared, "I don’t play as much tennis now. My on-court tennis time, which used to be five hours a day earlier, has come down to three hours; the remaining two hours now go into my fitness regime. Staying injury-free at this age is very important because the body doesn’t recover as fast from it." Leander was recently in the news after he created another record last week as the most successful doubles player in the history of Davis Cup.
