Is Maanayata Dutt worried about her role in the upcoming Sanjay Dutt biopic?

The Rajkumar Hirani directorial, Sanjay Dutt biopic which stars Ranbir Kapoor as Sanjay Dutt, is quite frankly, one of the most anticipated films of next year. The movie will trace Sanjay's journey from being the 'Khalnayak' of Bollywood to his redemption post serving imprisonment in jail. Even as people are excited to see his journey on the silver screen, his wife Maanayata is reportedly worried.
According to reports in a leading daily, Maanayata is worried about her part in the film as she is not sure about the importance given to her character. The report also stated that apparently, director Rajkumar has included Maanayata's part without informing her. A source close to the film stated, "A nervous Maanyata has been calling all and sundry (including Ranbir Kapoor), trying to get more info on the movie.”
Dia Mirza, who is to portray Maanyata's character in the biopic, had earlier stated, “I believe Maanayata is someone who has a strong sense of self. Ranbir has transformed himself into Sanjay totally but I don’t think others need to do the same. I have interacted with her over the years and I think she is the anchor in Sanjay’s life. But I have perceived Manyata through the wonderful writing (by Abhijat and Raju) that’s been written about her.”
