Mahira Khan to join team ‘Raees’ for the success celebrations

Shah Rukh Khan and Mahira Khan starrer ‘Raees’ has been doing really well at the box office. The film has proven to be a success as it has entered the coveted 100 crore club just within a week of its release. However, during the film’s promotions, Mahira Khan couldn't be present in India to promote the film along with SRK. Mahira had to give the promotions a miss due to the Pakistani artiste's ban imposed after the country was left devasted because of Uri attacks and cross-border tension between India and Pakistan.

But guess what! The actress will soon be joining the ‘Raees’ team for the film’s success press conference. Before anyone derives to any conclusion, let us clear that, Mahira Khan will not be coming to India to be a part of this conference. The actress who has stressed upon her desire to be a part of the promotions will interact with the media through a video conference. Along with Mahira, Shah Rukh too will be present at the conference for media interactions.

Mahira Khan had earlier expressed her desire to be a part of promotions in India as 'Raees' was her big Bollywood debut, and she was upset that she was missing out on promotions. But, looks like SRK and ‘Raees’ team has fulfilled the actress’ desire and have got her on board to interact with the Indian media.
