Rajkummar Rao and Sushant Singh Rajput to come together for Nitesh Tiwari’s next?

This year Bollywood will have many new pairs opposite each other. Amongst all of those will be a pair that we have seen before. Reportedly, Nitesh Tiwari's next will star Rajkummar Rao and Sushant Singh Rajput. The film was initially supposed to star Varun Dhawan in the lead, but the director has finalised on Sushant now. A source revealed, “Nitesh’s film is a two-hero project. It’s a college drama with a social message. It’s a celebration of life, love and about embracing success and failure.” Well, it certainly looks like he's chosen the right people for the film.
Talking about Rajkummar, another source said, “Nitesh is keen on signing Raj. Both of them have had a few meetings where they have discussed the project. They admire each other’s work and the actor has also liked the script.” But the actor is still to sign on the dotted line. “Rajkummar is working out his dates because he’s committed to a lot of other films. The team is awaiting his approval and they plan to announce it only after everything is locked,” the source continued. If both the actors come on board, Nitesh's film might very well roll out in 2018. Stay tuned for more updates.
