Over the last few days, Sidharth Malhotra and Jacqueline Fernandez have been zipping around Mumbai, promoting their slick action-entertainer, 'A Gentleman' – Sundar, Susheel, Risky. Last week, Bombay Times, had them over as special guests. Despite warnings about ecstatic fans waiting to get a dekko, living up to the title of the film, the actors really played it risky. They sprinted across from the BT office to the recently-inaugurated selfie point opposite Mumbai’s iconic CSMT building for a photo-op.

The distance between the BT office and the photo-gallery is only a few metres, and can be covered in a matter of a few minutes but with the peak traffic hours setting in, virtually all the commuters, pedestrians and office-goers thronged to see the surprise action that was happening on this side of the town. The actors were enthusiastic about taking a selfie at the newly-opened podium, constructed for tourists seeking a picture against the backdrop of the heritage buildings that earmark this triangle on the city’s map.

“I live in the suburbs and travelling to this side of south Mumbai takes a lot of time but once you’re here, some of these structures are so old and beautiful that they transport you back in time,” said Sidharth. Jacqueline, while agreeing with Sidharth, jokingly added, “Looking at this traffic, think I will take a train back to Bandra,” to which Sidharth added, “Even when she travels in a crowded train compartment, I’m sure Jacqueline will be busy taking selfies and putting them out on social media.”
