If you think being a celebrity is easy, let this latest experience of Varun Dhawan's prove you wrong. It is not uncommon for celebrities to get stalked especially after the popularity of social media. And the ‘Judwaa 2' actor just learned the same the hard way. The actor was being bombarded with messages from a female fan on WhatsApp and once the issue got out of hand, he went on to file a police complaint against the stalker.

Varun filed a complaint with the Santacruz police urging immediate action against the woman who has been stalking him on social media and making his life very difficult. His complaint with the police claimed that the actor was being harassed through WhatsApp due to which he had to block her number. But wait, it doesn't end there! A few days after the complaint, Varun even received a phone call from an unidentified number saying that the woman would commit suicide if he did not respond to her messages on WhatsApp!

The complaint has also been sent to the cyber police station at Bandra Kurla Complex. A senior Santacruz officer also confirmed, “We have received a complaint from Varun Dhawan and are in the process of finding out details about the person who had called him. The number has been switched off ever since the call was made".
