Varun Dhawan: I am a Govinda fanboy forever

Varun Dhawan says that Govinda is a senior actor, and his comments don't affect the fact that he will always be a Govinda fanboy
Govinda, who is currently prepping for the release of his upcoming film, 'Aa Gaya Hero' in a recent interview with Mid-Day revealed that he is no longer friends with his long-term director, David Dhawan. The actor revealed that he and his once upon a time good friend, David are friends no more, as the director turned his back on the actor when he needed him the most.

The actor even went forward to claim that no matter how much Varun Dhawan tries, he will never be able to compare to him. Varun, when asked about the same chose not to comment on the same and said that Govinda is his senior, and he respects the actor. However, when once asked about the same, Varun said, "This isn't really my place to talk. My father is currently in London, recceing for Judwaa 2 and he should respond to this. Govinda sir is years senior to me. I hold him in high regard. [But] To each his own. I won't comment if he was wrong. I won't let my true feelings on the issue come out."

The actor further added that he has grown up watching Govinda and Salman He said, "It (his comments) doesn't affect the fact that I like his work. I am a fanboy forever."
