Will Mahira Khan join Shah Rukh Khan for the Dubai promotions of ‘Raees’?

It is known that Mahira Khan will not be present during the promotions of 'Raees' in India. While the makers are finding new ways for the actress to promote the film, Mahira is sad that she won't be promoting the film with Shah Rukh Khan in the country. However, a leading daily report states that Mahira will be a part of the Dubai promotions of 'Raees'.

Shah Rukh Khan will promote the film in UAE before he starts promoting the film in India. And the buzz is that the lead actress of the film will join him for the promotions. A source close to the leading daily informed that Mahira was spotted at Dubai’s Mall a few days ago. Another source added, "Mahira will join Shah Rukh and Rahul at the Bollywood Amusement Park in Dubai. Over the two-day promotional schedule, they will also visit malls and interact with the local media."

Director Rahul Dholakia, in an interaction, had earlier stated, "We do miss Mahira a lot and she is an integral part of the film. But in such a scenario, there is nothing that’s left to be done. She had come down to Mumbai a few years ago and executed the audition scenes beautifully."

Mahira too misses to be a part of the promotions, and stating her displeasure, she said, "I feel bad. When you put so much effort and hard work in a project, you wish to see the results. The film is very special."

'Raees' will soon hit theatres on 25th January.
