Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh to be the showstoppers for Manish Malhotra's ICW 2017 show

Ace fashion designer and couturier, Manish Malhotra, who is known for his bespoke and exquisite designs, is all set to present at the grand finale collection at the 10th edition of India Couture Week 2017.
Talking about his upcoming collection, Manish said, "Over the last couple of years, my collections have come to mirror the personality of the women for who they have been designed. In keeping with this, my upcoming collection will marry traditional Indian details with more versatile, contemporary silhouettes for the modern woman. The collection will also have elaborate looks for the man - a category that we see evolving steadily."
While there is a lot of buzz regarding his upcoming collection, reports suggest that Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh will be the showstoppers for Manish's collection. Talking about having celebrities close the show Manish revealed, "I was the first designer to introduce the concept of showstoppers to Indian fashion. Although I got criticised for it back then, it has become a trend for most designer shows now. This tradition will prevail at my next show as well. Indians have always looked up to cinema stars as fashion icons. My designs have always had a distinct glamorous signature and the tradition of having showstoppers at my shows is the perfect way to translate and personify this for my clients."
