Well, as tempting as it is to add that extra jazz like glitter or smokey to the eyes while going out for a party, there’s no escaping the fact that eyes are one of the trickiest part of makeup and can go terribly wrong. Eye makeup has a lot of impact on the overall look put together and sometimes errors can also be irreversible, especially if the rest of the makeup is already set.

Recently, global sensation Beyonce’s makeup artist, Sir John came up with a crazy trick to remove excess oil from an already-set shadow. Recalling an incident that recently took place at a shoot in Brazil, he said, “I didn’t have any blotting papers. Someone on set had a cigarette, so I unrolled it, trashed the rest of the cigarette, and pressed the paper it was wrapped in up against my client’s lids.”
Woah…who would have thought that we could take some help from a cigarette and use it as a makeup hack!
