Can vaping help you inhale nutrients?

Vaping is a form of smoking wherein a person uses an electronic device to inhale an aerosol generated by heating a liquid. Over the years, companies have portrayed vapes as a substitute for cigarettes, but now companies have come up with something new; vaping for nutrients. A lot of companies these days sell what they claim are vapes that can provide your body with necessary vitamins like B12 and vitamin C. They say that vaping helps the nutrients get absorbed into the bloodstream quickly as they go in directly via the lungs.



While a few scientists are unsure of the effects of this, many others claim that vaping cannot possibly be the most secure way to get your vitamins. Vitamins are generally supposed to be absorbed via the gastrointestinal tract alone so there seems to be no reason to do it otherwise. Although the long-term effects of vaping aren't known because vapes haven't been around for long enough, there are enough studies to prove that they can cause irritation of the airwaves and even lead to bronchitis.
