Consuming food in a particular time window can reduce chances of breast cancer

More than eating healthy food, it is very important to eat food on time. There has to be a particular time window maintained to consume food in order to stay away from health issues. One such health problem for women is breast cancer. And it can be "dramatically" reduced by eating all their meals in an eight-hour window.

Once they regulate the time of eating instead of what they're eating, it can reduce growth of tumors and foods that are high in fats.

About 1 in 8 women develop the risk of breast cancer over the time in their life. And in a new research done by US scientists, eating in an eight-hour time window can boost metabolic health and also decrease the risk of breast cancer growth. Which means, eating in time really has a dramatic effect. When the insulin is increased, the speed of tumor development also increases and vice versa.

Dr. Manasi Das, the lead researcher postdoctoral fellow at the University of California, San Diego said: "Improving the metabolic health of postmenopausal women with obesity may mitigate their risk for breast cancer." She also continued to say, "Time-restricted eating may be more successful than calorie restriction in controlling the negative effects of obesity, due to the hunger and irritability that makes it more difficult to stick with long-term calorie restriction."
