There is just so much information available on health and fitness that you can never know enough about it. While the recent one called Keto diet got its popularity, the newest one is called the endomorph diet. This one is basically all about eating based on your body type. If you think you still don't understand this as clearly as you'd want you, we've got you covered.

What is the endomorph diet?
- The endomorph diet is for the endomorph body type which means it is for people who have a smaller upper body with narrow shoulders and waist and curvy thighs and hips. Endomorphs also tend to have higher percentage of fat relative to their muscle mass.

How does this diet work?
- The endomorph diet doesn't really limit to how many calories you're supposed to consume per day. It rather recommends to a near-equal split of macronutrients with 35% protein, 35% fats and 30% carbohydrates. If you're using the plan for weight loss, you need to have your daily allotment in a caloric deficit. This diet is lower in refined carbs like pasta and rice and includes vegetables with smaller amounts of unrefined, high-fibre starches like oats, beans and quinoa. Ideally, the endomorph diet will encourage you to take more fibre, healthy fats and protein while lowering the carb intake.
