Follow this skincare routine during the summer for glowing and refreshed skin!

If there's one thing we've learned from all our past skincare mistakes, it has to be that our skin needs to be hydrated at all times. And now that we're dead centre in the middle of the summer season, all that sweating can lead to even more dehydration. So, even though you're indoors these days, you have to make sure that you're following a proper skincare routine. Here are some tips that will help your skin glow and look refreshed during the summer season.

-Cleanse your face at least twice a day during the summers because you'll tend to sweat a lot. And all this excessive sweat can lead to rashes, skin infections and even clogged pores which in turn can make your skin look dull and damaged.

-Sunscreen is a must even though you're sitting indoors. Although the sun's harmful rays cannot reach you directly, even indirect contact is enough to damage your skin. Moreover, blue light from screens can also damage your skin so make sure to apply some sunscreen on a daily basis.

-Opt for a refreshing toner to help keep that glow in your skin intact. Opt for ingredients like aloe vera or cucumber or watermelon since these can help moisturise and hydrate your skin.

-Drink as much water as possible. It'll help flush out toxins from your body and will give you the glowing skin you dream of. Plus, it'll help keep you and your skin hydrated for long.
