We all are blessed with a very convenient way of finding information regarding anything and everything. We get to learn a lot and also get to know about things which are new in trends or about something we'd get curious about. But, the Internet is also a place which can feed you over information on something. - Carrots help you see in the dark: No, it's not a magic fruit. You can't munch on carrots and suddenly get the ability to see in the dark. What this fruit really does is that it improves the vision as it has vitamin A. This helps in your vision to eventually get better.

- Oranges are the best natural source of vitamin C - It's actually strawberries that have more vitamin C than oranges. 57 mg/100 g as compared to 42 mg/ 100 g, precisely. You munch on just seven strawberries according to the recommended daily amount of vitamin C that contributes to the normal function of the immune system which also helps in reducing fatigue and tiredness.

- Organic fruits are the healthiest: In actuality, there is a negligible nutritional difference between organic and non-organic fruits.

- Drinking fruit juice is equally nutritious as eating the whole fruit - A whole fruit contains vital fibers and nutrients which are otherwise removed while juicing.

- Dried fruits and fresh fruits have equal amount of nutrition - The heat that is used in dried fruits has the ability to decrease the amount of some heat-sensitive nutrients like vitamin C. Although, just one piece of dried fruit does contain the same nutrients as that of a fresh fruit but only in smaller portion.
