Tinted hair, colour-stained skin, tired body and lots of good memories-beating the post-Holi blues might seem difficult, but not impossible. From splashing water on each other to carefree dancing on the dedicated tunes, the riot of colours can end up on a good note and exhaustion from the celebration. It is important to take the right care of your skin, hair, and body. However, of all, probably the least attention is paid to hair. Post-Holi hair tends to get dry, lifeless and hence, more prone to breakage. To avoid hair complications one must include a hair mask in their hair care routine.

While the shelves of beauty stores are shacked with so many options to pick from, it can be a little intimidating to take home the right one. After all, they claim to do the same thing. The best advice would be to take a natural way this season and let some simple ingredients bring back life to your mane.

If you look around your kitchen carefully, you might find ingredients like yogurt which can help you deal with the roughness of the post-play hair. Add a few drops of honey to yogurt and combine well. Section your hair and apply it to dry. Rinse off with a gentle to mild shampoo.

Another easy hair pack can be created by popping some vitamin E capsules with the egg. Whisk until they come together. Apply and rise off after 20 mins. This will help to bring back the shine and volume of your hair.

A millennial favourite, avocado is wondrous when it comes to treating weak hair. Apply a mashed avocado from root to the tip of your hair. You may also add yogurt if you have dandruff.

Simple but still works, a hot oil massage with coconut oil also nourishes the hair strands while increasing the blood circulation to keep them from falling. You can leave this overnight as a sleeping mask and wash your hair in the morning.
